The Union College Chorale has a free concert today (I know—sorry for the late notice) at 3 pm.

Monday, February 8^th

• The Little Book House will have a Storytime with Candy Deisley at 11 am.
• The Mont Pleasant Library is hosting a Teen Fun event for grades 6 to 10 at 3:30, and After School with Valentine Pop-Up Creations for the K-5 set at 4:15 pm.

Tuesday, February 9th

• Learn about tracking animals at Moreau Lake State Park, from 10 am to noon.
• There’s free music at noon at the Troy Music Hall.
• At 4 pm, the Niskayuna Library is having a Valentine’s Extravaganza! for grades K-5, but you must pre-register. Registration’s already begun, so if you think you want to do it, call right now.
• The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library has a variety of drop-in programs today. There are story times for 4- to 6-year-olds at 10:15 am or 1:15 pm, or a Pajama Story Time for 2- to 6-year-olds at 5:45 or 6:30 pm.

Wednesday, February 10th

• The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library has a Story Time for 2- and 3-year-olds at 10:30 am.
• The Quaker Street Library is having a drop-in Family Story Time at 11 am for children under 5.
• The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library has a Story Time for 4- to 6-year-olds at 1:15 pm.
• You and your childe can watercolor at the Children’s Museum at Saratoga at 2 pm.
• The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library also has its annual Valentines for Vets program from 6:30 to 7:30 pm for 3- to 8-year-olds.

Thursday, February 11th

• Take a walk in the woods at 10 am at Thacher Park.
• There’s a Nature Valentine Craft at Saratoga Spa State Park at 11 am.
• The Duane Library is hosting a Teen Fun event for grades 6 to 10 at 3:30, and After School with Valentine Pop-Up Creations for the K-5 set at 4:15 pm.
• At 4 pm, the Glenville Library is having a Valentine’s Extravaganza! for grades K-5, but you must pre-register. Registration’s already begun, so if you think you want to do it, call right now.
• Schenectady Museum‘s FETCH! Lab is Crazy About Kites this week. It’s Thursday through Saturday, 2:30-4 pm, and it’s free with museum admission.

Friday, February 12

• There’s Stretching with Stuffee from 10 am to 10:30 am at the Children’s Museum at Saratoga.
• There will be night ice skating at Schodack Island State Park until 8 pm. Sound too cold for you? That’s why they’ll have a bonfire!
