This Weekend

Yikes–technical difficulties!  Sorry for the late post!

We spring forward this weekend!!  YAY!  I love me some longer daylight!  I know it wreaks havoc with some kids’ schedules, but at our house we’re always nothing but psyched!  One of my favorite harbingers of springtime!

While some people are already gearing up for Easter, there are plenty of celebrations for St. Patrick’s Day listed all over the place.  If you need some Irish music, you should check out the Celtic Cavalcade at Nippertown.  They have tons of music listed.  Plus, what an excellent post title.  Besides, if you are still hip enough to get out and see music regularly without the kids (alas, I am not), you should be following this blog, anyway.

Don’t forget about theater!  There’s Annie, Rumpelstiltskin, and Anything GoesHere’s the link to my theater post for details.  A few other theater items are in the main listings because the venues/details change between performances.

Okay, this picture has nothing to do with anything this week.  It’s just that the other day I stumbled out of bed at 7 am (because, as we have established, I am not a morning person), and J & M were just sitting down to a lovely tea in the middle of my living room.  So I took a picture of it.  And everyone’s pro picture, so here it is.  I had to shoot very close in so that you wouldn’t see any messiness around the tea table.  Yes, those are crackers that were brought into the living room under Daddy’s watch.  Which reminds me of the very amusing Food and Drink Commandments essay that one of the Yoga Mamas recently passed along–I laughed out loud.

So, without further ado. . .
