Planning Ahead

I’ve heard about a few things that require a little advance planning, so I thought I’d pass them along.

People rave about the Albany Pine Bush Pups program, but I generally don’t mention it, because every time I look at it, it says that registration is full.  So I was shocked to see that the Wednesday, Nov. 10th program at 10:30 am isn’t full yet (as of 11:34 pm on Thursday).

There’s a Baby Sign Language workshop at Fun4Tots next Saturday, November 13th, from 1-3 pm.  The flyer says that it’s $13 for each person or $20 if moms want to bring along dad or another caregiver.  I’m a little stumped:  does the baby come?  Normally I’d check into this, but I have to pack and leave.  In fact, at the exact moment that this auto-posts, I’ll hopefully be halfway through my second margarita.  Email playnsign@hotmail.com for more information–the flyer says pre-payment is due November 6th.

Kidzart and Drama Kids are having a Drop N Shop on Black Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.  It’s for kids 5-12 years old and the cost is $65.  I received an email about this one and there’s not much information on the sites, but call them if you’re interested.  Hmmm, I wonder if you can drop the kids at 5 am for the early bird specials?
