Cute W and the girls carved pumpkins over the weekend (my only contribution was a couple of eyebrows and a scar on one jack-o-lantern), and the girls took inspiration from Fairy Houses. . . Unbelievable! by Barry & Tracy Kane.
In the book, they’d used several pumpkins to create an entire town for (presumably pumpkin-dwelling) fairies. The girls liked the jail and made one of their own:
It’s a bit tough to tell in this photo, but there are two mummy-monsters imprisoned inside–a couple of action figures wrapped up in toilet paper. Obviously not candle friendly, but cute. Oh, here’s an interior shot.
Alright, any neighbors want to get booed? The doorbell just rang as I was writing the post.
Those are awesome!
